Do you work with teams outside the US?
Yes, as long as there’s reasonable overlap with US business hours for scheduled sessions.
How do you get access to our systems?
Through accounts you create and control, with the least privilege needed. Access is reviewed and removed at the end of every engagement.
How do payments work?
Projects are typically 50% to start and 50% on handoff. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What if the scope changes midway?
We pause, write down the change, and agree on it before any extra work happens. No surprise invoices.
